Erie County Fair Update, 7 Days remaining, have you helped?

Congratulations are in order for all volunteers at the Erie County Fair.

Yesterday they processed 192 children. On Friday, there was a surprise visitor, Sparky, the Fire Safety Dog, courtesy of the Hamburg Fire Department.

The committee is ready and prepared to process more children in less time than ever before. They have 10 systems ready and operating. If you plan on visiting the Erie County Fair, please stop by the second floor of the 4-H building and see first hand what can be done with the participation of many.

If you have any time to spare, please relieve a Brother or Volunteer even if it’s just enough time for a well deserved break. Given a little luck, you may get to visit with the Grand Master as he is planning on spending time supporting his worthwhile community service project.

This is a great opportunity to help the community and Law Enforcement Agency’s to protect children, one of our most valuable assets.

When you see the Grand Master (M.•. W.•. Edward Gilbert), take a minute and thank him for his support, without him there would be no Free Child ID Program.
